I am a senior at the Ohio State University double majoring in French and History. I will be graduating in May 2016. My cumulative GPA is a 3.63 with a 3.8 GPA in the history major and a 3.77 GPA in the French major. I have participated in a study abroad program in Québec City, Canada, where I took French classes at Université Laval.
Experience
I have tutored other French students in high school. I enjoy working with others, and sharing my knowledge and experiences. I took classes at Université Laval in Québec City, Canada where I ameliorated my French, while also adapting to a new social, economic, and cultural environment. I am very friendly and I am eager to aid others in their education. In October I will be teaching English as a foreign language to French students. I have taken extensive history courses pertaining to European and American history through many time periods, including Ancient history, pre-modern, Victorian, and modern periods.

Hobbies
I have volunteered at the Wood County Human Society in my hometown of Bowling Green, Ohio where I walked dogs in the shelter and helped care for the cats. I am also a member of Phi Alpha Theta, an academic honor history fraternity in which participates are chosen based on academic performance. In my free time I like to read (I am currently reading the Game of Thrones series) and cook healthy meals for myself and friends.
