K-12 & higher education tutoring experience; Intensive English instructor; Intensive English director; Bilingual (English/Spanish); Works very well with international students and non-native English speakers; Scored 325 on GRE (161 Quantitative, 164 Verbal). I have always thrived in academic settings, so it's no wonder I ended up in higher education. I came through a gifted and talented track for K-12. I was an honors students in undergraduate. A couple years after graduating, I realized that I missed education and returned for my masters to become a teacher. I have been teaching and tutoring since 2009. I have tutored students of all ages. I am on the Ohio State University campus daily and think that would be the ideal place to meet for tutoring. I work in an intensive English program, so I work and communicate well with students for whom English is a second or additional language. I am also the President of Ohio TESOL. I am happy to edit, tutor, advise. I've been at Ohio State since 1999. I am familiar with its resources and how to navigate the massive university in a way that will benefit you!
