I attended Miami University in Oxford earning degrees in English literature & Linguistics. I also studied at Ashland University earning a Masters in Business Administration degree while working full time.
Experience
I taught high school English for four years. I also taught college writing for two years. I have been a study skills instructor and a tutor for students learning to use a computer. I have also taught English as a Second Language classes for several years. I love working with international students and enjoy getting to know them. I am also a substitute teacher for English as a Second Language and GED classes. I like working one-on-one with high school students and adults. I work full time as an employment counselor for the government.
