I am currently a student at The Ohio State University pursuing my bachelor’s degree in Economics. I am also pre-med, and I am currently in the process of applying to medical schools. Outside of school, I do extensive research in health related fields. My work primarily deals with researching the generation and modulation of respiratory rhythm in the mammalian central nervous system. In addition, I worked in designing the first translational center for Down Syndrome research this past summer at Case Western Reserve University. After graduating, I plan on taking a year off from school to work and learn more about myself. While I tutor a broad range of subjects, including economics and most sciences and mathematics, I am most passionate about and excel in teaching English, Literature, and Language Composition. I am also very good at test prep, and love helping students learn how to pick apart Standardized Tests. I am very passionate about education, and believe that the only feeling better than succeeding myself is helping someone else learn and succeed as well. In my free time I enjoy working out, playing sports, reading, watching movies, writing, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
