I teach pre-algebra/algebra and statistics at an Ohio college and have since earned my master's degree. I've always been passionate about extending my knowledge unto others and tutor math including algebra, statistics, and trigonometry. With lots of experience teaching courses in mathematics and tutoring the subject, I am able to help even the most nervous students begin to grasp the concepts and solve problems on their own. It takes a lot of practice and the right way of teaching, but it is possible to teach anyone math. I understand all the anxieties people have about it.An expert tutor, I will do my absolute best to help you master the subject. I'll teach you the formulas and how to use them. I've had many students come in and say they can't do things, and they walk out feeling like it's not so difficult after all. While at Lane College, I completed an undergraduate degree in mathematics and was a tutor (algebra) at my school's STEM lab. Next I earned a master's degree in statistics while at Bowling Green State University. I was a tutor there as well, and a teaching assistant. Aside from math, I like theater, film making, and astronomy.
